Children's menu options
Active children need plenty of energy to grow but knowing what’s best to feed them when they are hungry can be a challenge.

My aim is to encourage children to eat & enjoy a wide variety of foods to help establish healthy eating habits for life.
A Few Menu Options
Breakfast – cereals, hot oats, boiled eggs, fruit, beans on toast & scrambled egg on toast.
Lunch – Soup & Bread .Sandwiches, baked potato, pitta bread. Fruit, yoghurts, raisins & carrots.
Dinner – Shepherd’s pie, spaghetti bolognaise, pasta, sausages, fish fingers, fish cakes, potato wedges, chunky chips, mash potato, carrots , peas, sweetcorn, cauliflower.
Snacks – Raisins, fruit, bread sticks , yoghurts, biscuits
Drink – Fresh juice, squash, milk & water.
Alternative foods can be provided upon request.
