A little bit about Charlotte Barton.
My relevant background experience is extensive and has been gained over many years work in the field:
Experience working within a busy purpose built nursery facility, catering for children ages ranging from 0-11 years. Working as a member of a team within a Social Services unit caring for terminally ill and disabled children; a most challenging, however deeply rewarding position
Qualifications
Although there is no substitute for relevant experience, I have always believed that qualifications are a good way to achieve, demonstrate and maintain competence.
Below are the details of qualifications attained; certificates are available to view on request. The NVQ 2 and 3 qualification in particular, is highly relevant and took two years of study and assessment.

Mark has a long and diverse background in the financial services industry at all levels. In addition to being a partner of Charlie’s Childcare, he is also a Director of Enhanced Wealth Ltd. www.enhancedwealth.co.uk Marks relevant qualifications in the childcare industry include the;DHC1 in home based childcare & paediatric first aid.
Ofsted are the governing body for childcare providers, as a childminder I receive regular inspections to check that I am meeting the requirements of the
national standards which are set by Ofsted.
